Airbnb On-Call Support & Assistant
Title:
On-Call Airbnb Support – Guest Communication, Check-ins, and Property Coordination
Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to support our short-term rental operations. This is an on-call position where you will manage guest communication, check-ins, and coordinate with cleaners and maintenance teams. You'll also assist the property owner with operational tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to guest messages through Airbnb and connected platforms.
• Manage automated software for check-ins and guest communications.
• Coordinate schedules with cleaners and maintenance staff to ensure smooth turnovers.
• Act as an assistant to the property owner with various admin/operational needs.
• Handle issues or damage claims that arise during guest stays in a professional, solution-oriented manner.
Requirements:
• Experience with Airbnb or short-term rental guest management.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Familiarity with Airbnb software tools (e.g., Hostaway, Guesty, Smartbnb, Hospitable, etc.) a plus.
• Organized, dependable, and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Available to respond on-call within reasonable response times.
Compensation:
This is a flat-rate position (no commission). Please include your flat monthly rate in your proposal.
Ideal Candidate:
Someone with hospitality or property management experience who is fluent in English, tech-savvy, proactive, and enjoys providing excellent guest service.
Bonus if you know how to use Guesty, Suiteops, and Conduit.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
