Help Broker a New Beauty Category (Breath Beauty™) — Commission on Licensing/Sale
I’ve created and trademarked a new beauty category: Breath Beauty™ — reframing fresh breath as the final step in a woman’s beauty ritual.
This isn’t hygiene. It’s beauty. Think:
Fenty reframed foundation as identity
Liquid Death reframed water as rebellion
SKKN reframed skincare as trust
Oxalyn reframes breath as beauty.
No brand owns this lane yet. It’s a billion-dollar white space at the intersection of fragrance, lip, and skincare. Whoever moves first defines the category — and locks out competitors.
I’m seeking an experienced licensing consultant/agent to help:
Identify and connect with priority brands (beauty, fashion, luxury).
Frame and pitch Breath Beauty™ as a category-creation opportunity.
Guide deal structures (option, license, or outright acquisition of the trademark).
Support in brokering introductions and negotiations.
Compensation model:
This is a success-based partnership. Instead of hourly/retainer, I’m offering a percentage of any licensing or trademark sale deal that results from your efforts. Your upside is directly tied to making this category real in the market.
What I’m looking for:
Proven experience in brand licensing/IP deals (beauty/fashion/luxury strongly preferred).
Established relationships with decision-makers at consumer or culture-driven brands.
Ability to move strategically and credibly in boardrooms.
What I’ve built already:
✅ Trademark: Breath Beauty™ (USPTO filed July 2025)
✅ Dual-wash product system ready for market
✅ Pitch deck, visuals, and website: oxalynbeauty.com
✅ Clear category message: “Not mouthwash. A beauty ritual.”
If you’re a dealmaker who thrives on commission and wants to be part of a category-defining first-mover opportunity, I’d love to collaborate.
