Our commitment to excellence, diversity, and equality has enabled us to build a reputation as a trusted partner in the industry. **Job Summary** As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience within the commercial energy business in MS. You will work closely with our dedicated energy team to provide prompt and accurate processing of energy efficiency applications, offer overall customer service in a specialized and technical environment, and support our utility clients and their customers through various channels.
