Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Sr NOP Post Ops Analytics Consultant to join our team in blithequark. As a key member of our Post Ops Analytics team, you'll be responsible for providing advanced-level analytical and business advisory support to internal customers. You'll lead investigations and initiatives of critical degree/influence, develop insights, and create complex data models to inform decision-making. Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced-level analytical and business advisory support to internal customers, leading investigations and initiatives of critical degree/influence
- Develop insights and create complex data models to inform decision-making, and present findings in clear and compelling PowerPoint presentations
- Coordinate efforts between different leaders/divisions, providing guidance and support through implementation of change
- Work with Post Ops Analytics meetings, ensuring all materials are developed to tell a convincing story that explains the analysis and supports the recommendation
- Facilitate with the Post Ops Analytics Lead to align on analytical requests, expectations, and needs, ensuring examinations are lined up with all-encompassing team and project objectives
- Offer scientific support and expertise to customers and partners intra/between departmentally, rapidly knowing pertinent conditions and providing the path(s) to goal
- Perform descriptive and symptomatic examinations of functional events on a specially appointed basis while managing long-term projects
- Act as a business strategy/project guide for any examinations happening retroactively, liable for outlining investigation, proposals, and delivery
Essential Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
Experience
- Demonstrated experience in directly or indirectly leading complex cross-functional drives and aligning partners at all levels
- Master-level knowledge and involvement with:
- Driving complex cross-functional initiatives and aligning partners at all levels
- Separating and solving uncertain issues through quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Growing clear and elegantly written PowerPoint presentations that integrate approach, insights, and proposals, requiring minimal oversight
- Recognizing opportunities for advancement and growth by analyzing market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices
- Providing strategic direction and thought leadership to senior leaders
- Coaching junior employees in their professional development
- Running as well as managing complex analysis using SQL, Alteryx, or potentially Scene
- Creating strategies, designs, and identifying critical decision points, conveying them to senior management
Skills and Competencies
- Knowledge of key and financial analysis and demonstrated analytical and quantitative abilities
- Knowledge of business and management principles engaged in strategic planning, resource allocation, product planning, prioritization, and coordination of people and resources
- Knowledge of flight operations, terms, and measurements
- Knowledge of analytical technology systems and related theory, practice, and concepts
- Skilled in data analysis and visualizing data to drive insights using tools like think-cell, Excel, Tableau, etc.
- Skilled in orchestrating complex data, conveying this in elegantly written PowerPoint presentations and presenting to partners
- Skilled in SQL and Excel
- Skilled in Alteryx or other data manipulation tools, and Tableau or other data visualization software
- Ability to rapidly identify a way ahead when entrusted with complex analytical issues, including data cleaning/prep work
- Ability to think like an owner, exhibiting an elevated level of accountability and providing guidance in a team-oriented, cross-functional environment
- Ability to self-start and work independently, with limited and divergent information
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees up to and including executive levels
- Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships, communicate in a effective way, and lead through influence at all levels within an organization
- Ability to fulfill time constraints, prioritize tasks, and work cooperatively with the team
- Ability to mentor and coach others on subject matter
- Ability to demonstrate and maintain a high respect for confidential and sensitive information
Work Environment and Culture
At blithequark, we value flexibility and work-life balance. This is a hybrid position based out of our Corporate Grounds in Dallas, TX, which expects employees to work at an organization office at least three days a week. The division assigns the specific three days of the week employees are expected to work on site.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive market salary ranging from $124,550 per year to $138,400 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Our benefits package includes:
