Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate's degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven customer support experience, with the ability to adapt and respond to different situations.
  • A professional, outgoing, and service-oriented approach, with a minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience in a B2B setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software and systems.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience with CRM, ERP, and warehouse management systems.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk and Asana.
