About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound customer support and resolve routine problems and questions regarding our clients' products and services
  • Help customers resolve technical issues and address billing concerns

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A high school diploma and/or GED
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience required
  • Ability to connect to the internet with an ethernet cord and proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking

  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
  • Ability to work rotational shifts as needed
