Job Overview
We're seeking a top-tier Executive Assistant to support high-level CEOs and assist with managing various tasks and projects for multiple clients. This is a contracted, 100% remote position that offers the flexibility and autonomy to work from anywhere, at any time. Ideal candidates should have experience working directly with executives, managing operations, and handling various business functions, such as social media management, project management, systems implementation, and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive support to multiple clients, including CEOs and business owners, ensuring seamless communication and timely execution of tasks and projects
- Manage complex scheduling, email management, and calendar coordination across multiple time zones, utilizing tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Oversee client projects, ensuring timely execution and results delivery, and proactively addressing challenges and anticipating client needs
- Handle document preparation, meeting agendas, reports, and follow-ups with precision, maintaining confidentiality and upholding the highest standards of professionalism
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration, and facilitating the implementation of systems and processes to drive efficiency and growth
- Assist with SOP creation and process implementation, continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and drive excellence

Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a rockstar Executive Assistant with 2+ years of experience supporting high-level CEOs or executives. You should have experience working with multiple clients in a remote, fast-paced environment, and be comfortable with minimal oversight. You'll need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be a problem-solver with keen attention to detail who is always looking to improve processes.
Essential Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting high-level CEOs or executives
- Experience working with multiple clients in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Strong initiative, a quick learner, and ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Teamwork, Monday.com)
- A quick learner with an open mind and growth mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in social media management, project management, digital marketing, or system implementation
- Previous experience working 100% remote
- Familiarity with tools like Trello, Asana, or other project management software
- Certifications like Certified Executive Assistant (CEA) or Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) are a plus
