Job Summary

As a Data Analyst at Blithequark, you will be responsible for building a deep understanding of costing and resourcing data related to our internal teams and functional partners. You will support the coordination of high-speed projects that normalize and advance financial cycles across the organization, and work with various data systems to deliver ad-hoc analysis and reports to support business needs, research, and metrics-based issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build a profound comprehension of costing and resourcing data connected with our inner groups and useful accomplices.
  • Support the coordination of high-speed projects that normalize and advance monetary cycles across the association.
  • Support inner business work processes, for example, administration costing, labor force the board, and asset arranging.
  • Work with different information frameworks and convey specially appointed examination and reports to help business needs, research, emergency and resolve measurements based issues.
  • Archive work processes connected with key cycles, information assortment and upkeep, including following significant choices and changes.
  • Work with Information Draftsmen and framework architects to help documentation and executions of data set plans.
  • Construct vital dynamic structures and compose scripts that help us robotize and expand.
  • Gifted in refining bits of knowledge from information and combining and making convincing informing for leader crowds.
  • Support Arranging and Conveyance Activities with impromptu demands from our partners.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in informatics, data analysis, data engineering, or technical fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Information Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Economics, Informatics, or Computer Science.
  • Experience working with data and data control software, such as R, SQL, Python; building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, Airtable, or Smartsheet.
  • Comprehension of social database design and capability.
  • Strong math and analytical skills.
  • Proven self-starter with strong critical thinking, discernment, and delivery skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to step back and understand the big picture.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work with engineering delivery teams to analyze technical concepts.
  • Experience with Excel, Smartsheet, or AirTable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Power BI or D3.js.
  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud.
