**U.S. Eligibility Requirements**
To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
* Be at least 18 years old or demonstrate legal capacity to enter a contract

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service and Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Primary data entry of claims information into our claims management systems
* Following up on missing information to process claims efficiently
* Reviewing invoices for accuracy
* Compiling reports from systems with claims information
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients
**Required Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 6-12 months of work experience in a related field
* Basic computer and typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
* Knowledge of claims management systems or similar software
* Certification in data entry or customer service (e.g., Certified Data Entry Specialist or Certified Customer Service Representative)
