Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join our team as a Virtual Customer Jobs representative.   • Convey in-depth product and service knowledge to communicate features, benefits, and other essential elements of blithequark's Private Business Services
  • Continuously enhance key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, resolving complaints, and closing deals
  • Provide outstanding customer care by responding to inquiries about accounts in a timely, organized, and client-focused environment
  • Document essential account information according to established policies and procedures
  • Uphold integrity by complying with all administrative and regulatory guidelines related to balancing and sales practices

Essential Qualifications

  • At least two years of customer support experience, with a proven track record of building client loyalty through excellent listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated success in a customer care and sales environment (two years+)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the capability to multitask and navigate an online environment
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; educational benefits are available
