About the Role: Customer Service Representative – Call Center Agent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Responding to customer inquiries with accurate and helpful information, ensuring that their concerns are addressed and resolved
  • Identifying, escalating, and reporting priority issues to high-level management, ensuring that complex problems are handled efficiently and effectively

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred), with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving customer complaints
  • 1 year of call center experience (preferred), with knowledge of call center software, protocols, and procedures
  • Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs (required)
  • Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills (required), with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in writing
  • Residency in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah (required)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual call center environment, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and technology, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and tools
  • Certifications or training in customer service, communication, or a related field, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
