The Pharmacy Customer Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and supporting the pharmacy team in various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities

  • Model and convey a positive and great client experience, ensuring that customers receive considerate, fair, and professional service
  • Register sales on assigned sales register, provide clients with efficient checkout service, and process transactions accurately
  • Assist the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy, including utilizing pharmacy systems to acquire patient and medication data and process prescriptions
  • Engage clients and patients by greeting them, offering help with items and services, and resolving customer issues to ensure a positive experience
  • Model and offer customer support best practices with all colleagues, including relational habits and blithequark service qualities
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as taking inventory, maintaining records, and checking in and pricing stock as required
  • Support the pharmacy team in maintaining a clean and well-organized store environment, including counters, retires, and OTC walkway
  • Process manual cases for third-party program prescription services, perform other administrative duties as assigned, and maintain knowledge of store systems and equipment

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (except in Puerto Rico)
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
  • Strong numerical abilities, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control
  • PTCB certification (or willingness to obtain)

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least six months of experience in a retail environment
  • Previous work experience with blithequark
