Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team, based out of Chantilly, VA. As a Technical Recruiter at The Red Gate Group, you will be responsible for driving the recruitment process from start to finish, utilizing various sourcing techniques and tools to attract qualified candidates, conducting proactive outreach, and building a talent pipeline. You will work closely with the Proposal Team, serving as the lead Recruiter in recruiting for a dynamic pipeline of classified proposals. This is a fully remote role, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere and providing a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and Outreach: Utilize various sourcing techniques and tools, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates. Conduct proactive outreach to potential candidates to generate interest in open positions and build a talent pipeline.
- Candidate Screening and Assessment: Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the requirements of the position. Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and fit for the role.
- Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Candidate Evaluation and Selection: Gather feedback from hiring managers and stakeholders to evaluate candidates' qualifications and suitability for the role. Assist in making hiring decisions and extending job offers to selected candidates.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences. Represent the company professionally and positively in all interactions with candidates and external partners.
- Job Fair Attendance: Represent The Red Gate Group at job fairs, both virtual and in-person, to promote open positions and attract potential candidates.
Essential Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience recruiting in the DoD/IC space
- Experience using PowerBI for recruiting metrics
- Experience tracking ROI for Talent Acquisition focused events
- Demonstrated experience managing a bench of 25-40 requisitions
- Demonstrated experience with proposal recruiting
- Experience with sourcing tools such as SeekOut, LinkedIn Recruiter, ClearanceJobs, and Indeed
- Experience leading weekly or bi-weekly meetings with leadership to keep all key stakeholders informed of recruiting needs, candidate status, and recruitment processes
