About the Role

As a Strategic Account Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the growth and development of our upskilling solutions across a specific list of key strategic targets. You'll work closely with our Strategic Sales Director to shape our Go-To-Market strategy and evolve into a leader within our sales organization. Key Responsibilities

  • Build and grow a consistent and sustainable pipeline of relevant new deal opportunities using various channels and tactics
  • Utilize the MEDDIC sales methodology and CRM data to meet and exceed predetermined quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Collaborate with our Go-To-Market team to support growth through partnerships, referral programs, and inbound marketing initiatives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify suitable opportunities to align our upskilling solutions with the right prospects in the right sectors
  • Establish strong working relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the data, digital transformation, learning, and technology spaces
  • Work closely with our curriculum and product teams to design bespoke upskilling programs for different client needs
  • Ensure successful rollout and smooth running of our upskilling programs to maximize growth potential
  • Develop and maintain sales collateral, deck templates, and useful documentation to support revenue growth
  • Track and analyze individual commercial performance using our CRM tool, HubSpot
  • Attend relevant networking events, podcasts, and roundtable discussions to improve brand awareness and drive leads

Essential Qualifications

  • A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with experience in delivering significant revenue growth for small and medium-sized technology-first organizations
  • Ability to collaborate closely with colleagues across all teams to deliver against collective goals
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, virtual-first environment
  • Genuine interest in data, digital, and education

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the EdTech or technology industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the MEDDIC sales methodology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
