About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our organization, providing top-notch support to our members and clients. Your role will be to assist with inquiries related to pharmacy benefit plans, prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling a variety of call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls from members and clients, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries
  • Offer personalized support, demonstrating empathy and patience in your interactions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and evolving client needs, ensuring you're equipped to address complex issues
  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve issues and improve the overall customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records and update systems as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 year of experience in a customer-facing environment, such as a call center, retail, or hospitality setting
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications and a strong technical foundation
  • A high school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications can give you a competitive edge:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 6 months of experience in the healthcare industry
  • A proven track record of problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • A patient and helpful demeanor, with a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life

Compensation and Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $25.65 per hour. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
