You will work within a dedicated territory and team to achieve revenue-based quotas, while managing external competitive pressures and handling objections to retain customers or win new customers. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customer contacts. **Key Responsibilities** * Work within a dedicated territory and team to achieve revenue-based quotas by selling renewals/services and offering up-sell opportunities * Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts * Master product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client requirements * Initiate steps to help customer concerns/roadblocks prohibiting satisfaction or product usage * Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections to retain customers or win new customers * Manage a high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day, with a majority of communication being outbound * Work with your team and management to provide a professional experience during all interactions with customers and prospects * Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured * Undertake sales motions, including lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, being the voice of the customer, or renewing contracts **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience working in a customer service or sales capacity * Prior success in achievement of personal and team sales quota/goals * Experience in high-volume calling * Experience learning new technology and data * Problem-solving skills * Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs * Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM * Experience or willingness to work from home **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a similar role at blithequark or a similar company * Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customer contacts * Experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customer contacts * Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics * Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs * Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM * Ability to learn new technology and data quickly **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
