Job Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for responding to inbound calls from our government clients, documenting details of conversations, and utilizing scripts and resources to guide interactions. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from government clients, providing empathetic and professional support
- Document details of conversations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Utilize scripts, online reference materials, and other resources to guide conversations and provide confident, accurate, and efficient information
- Maintain sufficient reliable private internet connection, with the ability to hardwire via ethernet cable
- Proficiently utilize technical systems, including desktop, call center specific phone systems, and the internet
- Educate and answer questions from customers, providing the most up-to-date information about the program
- Follow protocol and apply sensitivity and discretion in handling confidential information
- Meet department quality assurance standards and metrics, with a focus on continuous improvement
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED, strong computer skills, and the ability to pass a language knowledge assessment. Additionally, you must have a strong internet connection due to the remote nature of this role. A reliable and secure home office environment, with minimal distractions and interruptions, is also essential.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative, with a focus on government clients or call center operations
- Previously cleared for a Public Trust Entry of Duty Clearance Level (Government Clients Only)
- Licenses in Insurance, Healthcare, and/or Finance sectors, with a strong understanding of industry-specific regulations and requirements
- Previous experience with FEMA Call Center, or other government agency call centers
