Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during business hours (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 11:00-5:00 EST)
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving order issues, and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail
  • Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records and notes regarding customer interactions, orders, and issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Perform additional administrative tasks, such as contacting vendors and placing orders
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative

Essential Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and note-taking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work from home and dedicate yourself to this position during your scheduled shift

  • Sales experience is a plus
