Job Summary

As a Work-at-Home Customer Service, Sales, or Technical Support Advisor with Blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional experiences to our customers. Depending on the position, you'll handle customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, or drive sales growth, all while working from the comfort of your own home. This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive hourly rate, performance incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service Advisor:

  • Handle customer inquiries via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the internet
  • Assist customers using a call flow guide to answer questions and resolve problems
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
  • Invest in our customers' success by offering additional products and/or services

Sales Advisor:

  • Close sales, work on prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and use B2B or B2C skills
  • Use product knowledge, build client relationships, and find new ways to retain customers
  • Be detail-oriented when it comes to sales of products and services
  • Upsell and spontaneously offer additional products and services

Technical Support Advisor:

  • Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
  • Provide basic customer service support
  • Be an amazing problem-solver
  • Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as: smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables. Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology is preferred.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed as a Work-at-Home Customer Service, Sales, or Technical Support Advisor with Blithequark, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • A minimum of six months of customer service experience or hard sales experience for sales positions
  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your residence
  • Talent for delivering outstanding service
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • High-speed internet and a smartphone
