Job Summary

As a Retail Co-Manager at Blithequark, you'll be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, driving store operations, and delivering business results that align with our strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business results
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service
• Analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize business performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Coach and develop team members to improve performance, address areas for improvement, and provide feedback and guidance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in talent development, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and logistics, to drive business results

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
• 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a large-box retail environment
• Proven track record of driving business results, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and drive business results
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service
• Knowledge of retail operations, including sales, marketing, and logistics
• Certification in retail management, such as a Certified Retail Manager (CRM) or Certified Professional in Retail Management (CPRM)
• Willingness to relocate for the right opportunity
