Key Responsibilities

• Transcribe court hearings from audio recordings with high accuracy and attention to detail

• Manage workload effectively, accommodating varying volumes of work and meeting deadlines
• Utilize transcription software, such as Express Scribe, to optimize transcription efficiency and quality

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• The ability to type at least 70 words per minute with high accuracy
• Familiarity with Word processing software and transcription software, such as Express Scribe (preferred)
• Previous experience in transcription is a plus, but not required - we're happy to provide training
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in written work
• Good time management skills to handle varying workloads and deadlines
