[Remote] Interventional Oncology Associate Territory Manager - New Orleans

They are seeking an Interventional Oncology Associate Territory Manager to prepare candidates for a Sales Consultant role, focusing on building customer relationships and driving sales revenue in the Peripheral Interventions Division.
Responsibilities
• Build strong customer relationships through routine visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, product in-services, procedural observation, and problem resolution.
• Relationships will be established with Physicians, Nurses, Technicians, Materials Management, Nuclear Medicine, Hospital Administration, and Infection Control.
• Procedural support in a competitive environment.
• Works seamlessly with Sales Consultant allowing them increased selling time.
• Takes on revenue-generating projects and goals to support account ownership.
• Work closely with Sales Consultants and Region Sales Managers to evaluate business conditions and sales trends.
• Assist in developing quarterly/annual business plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Provide timely updates to Regional Manager on ongoing business activities, competitive conditions, industry trends, etc.
• Manage expense budget and promotional budget within the guideline.
• Maintain Sales Rep Assigned Inventory (SRAI)
• Timely completion of require training as assigned
• Follow compliance regulations
• Execute quarterly and off-cycle inventory counts
• Maintain accurate records of sales and secure purchase orders
• Submit any required administrative paperwork in a timely manner.
• Conduct all sales activities according to Travel & Entertainment (T&E) guidelines, Advanced Policies, and Integrity Policies.
• Occasional weekends, trade shows, internal meetings and/or meeting participation, committed travel 30-40%.

• 2 years plus of relevant business experience
• Documented sales success
• Self-starter, solution oriented, team player, proven leadership qualities while accepting direction
• Strategic thinker (with the ability to recognize their contribution to the big picture)
• Able to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Must be energetic, enthusiastic, determined and goal-oriented
Education Requirements
• BA/BS in a business discipline, AA with plans for completion of BA/BS, equivalent experience required
