Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, providing product and service information, and resolving customer inquiries and concerns. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide product application guidance and step-by-step assistance to customers via inbound and outbound calls
- Troubleshoot and resolve product or application issues, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Document and update customer follow-up records to ensure accurate tracking and resolution of customer inquiries
- Work cooperatively and efficiently with the team to provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services to stay up-to-date on the latest offerings

- Deescalate unhappy customers and resolve conflicts in a professional and courteous manner
Essential Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in Customer Support & Client Services Occupations (Required)
- Initiative, reliability, dependability, resourcefulness, and a "can-do" attitude
- Assertiveness and confidence in communicating with customers and team members
- Respectful demeanor and ability to maintain a positive tone in challenging situations
- Ability to take instruction and be coachable, with a willingness to learn and grow
- Previous experience in customer service (Required)
- Previous experience in a dental office (Preferred)
