Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers via multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to a broad range of products and services.
  • Document customer interactions and complete service requests to minimize customer effort or additional action.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction consistent with blithequark's core values.
  • Demonstrate commitment to quality through customer and service partner interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external service partners to effectively resolve issues, questions, and service requests.
  • Recommend appropriate solutions and refer complex or reoccurring issues to senior support specialists.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or related experience preferred.
  • Less than 1 year of related experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with a dedicated and confidential workspace.
  • High-speed internet service with a direct wired connection to a cable or fiber modem and router, capable of at least 20 mbps download and upload speeds.
