About the Role

This fully remote position requires you to work the third shift, from 11 PM to 7 AM, ensuring that our clients receive the support they need during the overnight hours. The role begins with a comprehensive one-week training session from 8 AM to 5 PM, where you'll gain the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this position. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:
