About the Role

As a Remote Customer Service Professional at blithequark, you will play a pivotal role in representing our brand and services while helping our customers achieve their financial goals. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns.
  • Troubleshooting customer issues with a proactive and customer-centric approach.
  • Serving as an advocate for customers, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and professionalism.
  • Engaging with customers to understand their financial situations and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer queries.

Work Schedule and Flexibility

We offer both full-time and part-time hours to suit different needs:

  • Full-time hours: Monday - Thursday 12:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., Friday 10:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.; every other Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
  • Part-time hours: 20 - 35 hours per week, with schedules available on Monday - Thursday 2:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., Friday 12:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.; every other Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
  • Various split shifts are available upon request, offering flexibility for our remote workforce.

Location and Eligibility

This remote opportunity is open to candidates residing within the states of South Dakota, Iowa, or Minnesota, with a home address within 100 miles of our physical blithequark location. You can check your eligibility by measuring the distance between your home and our location.

Technology and Equipment

To ensure you have the tools needed for success, blithequark will provide:

  • A PC and necessary peripherals.
  • A headset for customer calls.
  • Telephone and Vonage box.
  • Access to our software functionality.

You'll need:

  • High-speed internet access via DSL or cable modem (wireless connections are not acceptable).
  • A smart cell phone for security token applications.

Comprehensive Training and Development

To equip you for this role, we offer an extensive paid training program, lasting up to 3 weeks. Additionally, we provide ongoing training opportunities to support your continuous improvement and career growth.
