Job Summary
We're seeking highly motivated and results-driven Remote Sales Experts to join our team. As a Remote Sales Expert, you'll have the opportunity to work with a proven system, advanced online training, and state-of-the-art technology tools to drive sales growth and success. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with mentors and team members to handle inbound requests nationwide for various insurance products
- Engage prospects, assess their needs, and schedule virtual meetings to present tailored solutions
- Close deals within a typical 72-hour cycle, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Utilize state-of-the-art technology tools to streamline sales processes and maximize productivity
- Participate in ongoing training and mentorship to continuously improve skills and knowledge
- Demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior in all interactions with prospects, customers, and team members
Essential Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in insurance or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to meet or exceed performance targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with prospects and customers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess needs and present tailored solutions
- Self-motivated and disciplined, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and adapt
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with insurance products or a related industry
- Familiarity with sales technology tools and CRM systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Experience working in a remote or commission-based sales environment
