Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced LOCAL WITH HAZMAT AND CDL-A to work in our local delivery operations in Oregon and Washington. As a local truck driver with our company, you'll be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting parts and materials to dealerships and other customers across the region. If you're a motivated and customer-focused driver with a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A vehicle to deliver parts and materials to dealerships and other customers across the region
• Load and unload parts and materials using a pallet jack or hand truck
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and other documentation
• Communicate effectively with customers and dispatchers to ensure smooth delivery operations
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including those related to hazardous materials

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Valid Class A driver's license with Hazmat endorsement
• DOT Medical card
• 4 months of experience as a truck driver
• No more than 4 jobs in the past 3 years
• No more than 2 jobs in the past 12 months
• No more than 2 accidents in the last 5 years
• No more than 2 tickets within the last 3 years
• Must be 21 years or older

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience driving in tight spaces around vehicles
• Experience working with pallet jacks and hand trucks
• Experience with hazardous materials

What We Offer

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $0.68 per mile or $1,500.00 per week, plus excellent benefits, including:

• Opportunity to work locally and enjoy a better work-life balance
• Home daily, with a work week that starts on Monday and ends on Friday
• About 20 stops per week and 1,600 miles driven per week
• Unmanned key drops into dealerships' parts rooms
• No pets or passengers allowed
