Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Data Entry Operator to join our Customer Success, Service & Operations department. As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, maintaining data integrity, and providing administrative support to our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring data integrity and quality
  • Maintain and update existing data records, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Perform data validation and verification to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing other tasks as required
  • Meet deadlines and productivity standards, working independently with minimal supervision

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven data entry work experience, preferably as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
  • Experience with MS Office and data programs, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with administrative duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing other tasks
  • Experience using office equipment, such as fax machines and scanners
  • Typing speed and accuracy, with a minimum of 40 words per minute
  • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation

  • Organizational skills, with the ability to stay focused on assigned tasks and meet deadlines
