Experienced Full Stack .Net/Azure Lead - Remote Work Opportunity in Software Development and Team Management

Key Responsibilities
As a .Net/Azure Lead, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and running a GD ACMX Run Team for the Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering (ACMX) area, focusing on a backlog of technical debt obsolescence, security vulnerability remediation, TEC requests, and small enhancement/defect resolution items.
- Managing work from a Kanban process board and providing accurate status updates on work efforts.
- Demonstrating project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborating with clients, ensuring good communication, and maintaining a meeting cadence.
- Utilizing technical skills in .Net, Azure migration and authentication, Json Web Token Auth for web services, Oracle Exadata, and SQL Server knowledge.
- Implementing Certificate Renewals, Jenkins Openshift (Pipeline build exp with Jenkins, automated testing, code version control with TFS/Git, Docker, and Kubernetes), and jFrog (Maven, NPM) deferral remediation.
- Working with VB6, Switchover, and password changes, ensuring seamless operations.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 5-8 years of experience in software development, with 7+ years of experience in .Net, Azure, and related technologies.
- Strong technical skills in .Net, Azure migration and authentication, Json Web Token Auth for web services, Oracle Exadata, and SQL Server knowledge.
- Experience with Certificate Renewals, Jenkins Openshift, jFrog, VB6, Switchover, and password changes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage work from a Kanban process board and provide accurate status updates.
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience working in a remote team environment, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and experience working with Kanban process boards.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and other containerization technologies.
- Experience with automated testing, code version control, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Certifications in .Net, Azure, or related technologies, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
