Job Overview

As an Early Childhood Behavior Therapist with RCS Learning Center Inc, you'll have the opportunity to work one-on-one with children in various settings, implementing acquisition and behavior programs, collecting data, and graphing progress. You'll be an integral part of our team, collaborating with other specialists, such as Occupational Therapists (OT) and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP), as well as families, to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work 1:1 with children in center-based or home-based settings, implementing acquisition and behavior programs
  • Collect data and graph progress to inform treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other specialists, such as OT and SLP, and families to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Receive oversight and support from experienced BCBAs
  • Maintain accurate records and submit reports as required

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:

  • Enjoy working with children and have an interest in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, human services, or a related field
  • Preferably have or be working towards a Bachelor's degree
  • Able to work afternoon and evening hours
  • Reliable transportation and able to travel to client locations
  • Experience working as a babysitter, nanny, paraprofessional, tutor, camp counselor, or coach is an asset
  • Able to submit a transcript

While a Bachelor's degree is preferred, candidates with an Associate's degree and relevant experience may also be considered. If you don't meet all the qualifications but are passionate about this field, we encourage you to apply anyway.
