Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Data Entry and Live Chat Specialist to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our Customer Listening Team, you will play a crucial role in handling the end-to-end Voice of the Customer (VOC) process, including the design and programming of customer experience surveys. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with utility teams to define, frame, and capture business needs, leveraging your knowledge of VOC methods to drive transformation and innovation.
• Develop and maintain a strong data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions, utilizing technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python.
• Design and build big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions, ensuring data quality and accuracy through extensive testing at various levels.
• Provide guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using the big data ecosystem, identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to enhance productivity and efficiency, leveraging your expertise in Agile methodologies and delivery.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting languages, and development launch management and troubleshooting, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in data-driven projects.
• Active collaboration with product owners and stakeholders to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and delivery, with experience working in small increments to introduce products to business groups.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
