**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and solutions to our customers through inbound calls. You'll work with leading technologies and systems, and have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Handling customer inquiries of varying types, from booking and payment issues to technical support and travel-related questions
* Utilizing probing question skills to actively listen to customers and provide personalized solutions
* Meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
* Managing and overcoming objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn
* Maintaining a positive and enthusiastic personality, even in high-pressure situations

* An 8-hour per day shift, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)

**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong multitasking abilities
* A driven and results-oriented approach to problem-solving and goal-meeting
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
* Experience in customer service and sales
* High school diploma or equivalent
**Requirements to Work from Home**
To ensure the success of our remote team, we require:
* A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work
* Excellent Internet connectivity:
+ Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better!)
+ In-house network, and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates
* Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems
* A Smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, in which you will be able and willing to download our app that will be leveraged for company communications
