Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Address customer queries and concerns in a timely, professional, and courteous manner, ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

  • 4+ Years of Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Energetic and Driven Personality: A highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service and a desire to make a positive impact.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other tools used in customer service and sales.
