Job Overview
As an inbound customer service agent with Pondera, you'll be responsible for handling incoming phone calls from clients and providing top-notch service to their customers. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, using your communication skills to resolve issues, answer questions, and build relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound phone calls from clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Work in a quiet and distraction-free environment, using your own computer and internet connection
- Meet the minimum requirement of 30 hours per week, with the flexibility to choose your schedule between 5PM EST and 8AM EST
- Participate in online training and certification programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Continuously improve your performance and meet or exceed productivity and quality standards
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Your own computer, either a desktop or laptop with a 2.0 GHz processor or higher (tablets and Chromebooks do not qualify)
- A paid internet connection with a speed of 50 Mbps or better
- A suitable place to take calls that is quiet and distraction-free
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or university education preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Experience working in a remote or home-based environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Strong technical skills, including the ability to troubleshoot basic computer issues
