About the Role: Executive Talent Acquisition Consultant
As an Executive Talent Acquisition Consultant at Workwarp, you will play a vital role in partnering with our clients, including Lowe's business, human resources, and talent acquisition leaders, to identify and secure talented professionals for critical leadership roles across the enterprise. You will bring a consultative and strategic approach to the recruitment process, building strong relationships with candidates, hiring leaders, and human resources partners. Your expertise in hiring for diverse leadership roles and your ability to think creatively will be essential in developing and implementing effective sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract and source high-quality leader/executive level candidates for open leadership roles
- Provide a superior candidate experience through clearly defining position requirements and recruiting process, timely updates on progress, interview preparation and debriefing, from strategy kick-off through successful new hire onboarding
- Build and manage strong relationships with hiring leaders, human resources partners, and HR COEs to ensure a deep understanding of their needs and preferences
- Source and identify diverse slates of qualified passive candidates using creative, out-of-the-box recruiting methods, including referral generation, networking, and direct sourcing
- Conduct on-site/remote interviews, participate in debriefs, perform detailed reference checks, and negotiate and present complex offers to candidates
- Influence, build relationships, and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization to drive business growth and achieve recruitment goals
- Develop and manage a talent network and knowledgeable industry sources to develop an ongoing pool of candidates
- Provide direction to and partner with Executive Talent Acquisition Analysts to ensure a cohesive and effective recruitment approach
Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that demonstrate your expertise in executive recruitment and talent management. The following requirements and qualifications are essential:
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field, or relevant experience
- 8-10 years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience with a focus on executive level candidate generation in a complex and competitive market
- 5-7 years of experience in successfully planning and executing search projects on an end-to-end basis from intake through close/onboarding
- 3-5 years of experience in negotiating offers/packages with senior-level candidates
- 3-5 years of understanding of executive compensation structures and challenges, including the ability to analyze complex compensation packages and propose appropriately competitive offers
- 5-7 years of strong relationship management skills with a proven track record of building trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring leaders
- 5-7 years of experience in designing and conducting in-depth competency and behavioral-based interviews and evaluating candidate profiles
- 5-7 years of experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of search firm/agency experience
- 3-5 years of knowledge of/experience with a candidate management system, social networking platforms, CRM, and/or ATS
- 3-5 years of retail industry experience
