Key Responsibilities

- Event planning and coordination: You will work closely with our in-house operations team to organize and coordinate nearly 200 annual events, including scheduling, planning, pricing, and confirming details with internal and external parties.
- Communication and problem-solving: You will utilize your excellent written and verbal communication skills to multi-task in a high-volume environment, de-escalate situations, and remain calm under pressure.
- Team collaboration: You will work closely with our experienced team members, including senior managers, to ensure seamless event execution and continuous improvement.
Essential Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in event management or a related field, demonstrating leadership skills and a strong work ethic.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to travel approximately 40% of the year, with a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
