About the Position

The Equipment Services Coordinator and Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in ensuring the effective and efficient scheduling of our technicians, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This position requires a strong and diverse skillset, including excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and proficiency in system applications and navigation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying gaps in schedules, zone coverage, and skill sets, and providing input on adding install/service technician capacity, including overtime when necessary due to backlog volume spikes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate daily activities for 15+ technicians, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion of service calls.
  • Interface directly with Field Service Supervisors, customers, and sales teams to provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Identify gaps in schedules and provide input on technician capacity, including recommendations for adding install/service technician capacity, including overtime when necessary.
  • Find solutions to scheduling exceptions and collaborate with various teams, including Field Service Supervisors, Team Managers, and other coordinators, to ensure seamless execution of service calls.
  • Work in SAP to support service activities, including identifying service calls that require parts ordering, performing market searches, processing purchase orders, and tracking parts.
  • Handle project-related work, such as inventory support, planning for large order requests from sales, and processing returns, to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize delays.
  • Ensure timely completion of service calls in accordance with service level agreements, and research and resolve ticket scheduling issues using complex systems and mapping programs.
  • Monitor and respond to incoming requests and emails related to special projects, and participate in strategic initiatives to drive organizational efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements and Nice-to-Haves

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or GED, as well as 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or logistics/transportation. You should also have strong organizational skills, advanced communication skills, both verbal and written, and intermediate skills in Microsoft applications. Familiarity with SAP or similar applications is a plus, as is experience in the beverage industry.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or logistics/transportation.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft applications.

Preferred Qualifications
