About the Role: Entry Level Behavior Technician
As an Entry Level Behavior Technician at ACES, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with autism, helping them to develop essential skills, enhance their communication, and foster meaningful relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Work one-on-one with children with autism in a center-based or home-based setting, providing personalized support and care.
- Utilize therapeutic techniques learned through our industry-leading training program to reinforce positive behavior and promote skill development.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress, using electronic health data systems on a company-provided iPad.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of professionals, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other support staff, to ensure comprehensive care and support for our clients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, in conjunction with our clinical team, to address the unique needs and goals of each client.
- Provide feedback and support to clients and their families, promoting a positive and supportive learning environment.
