Your Role: Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative
As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in resolving complex consumer issues and providing exceptional support to policy holders. Your responsibilities will include:
- Resolving high-level consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on complex matters
- Assisting policy holders with billing questions and concerns
- Providing support to policy holders with policy changes and adjustments as necessary
- Utilizing excellent decision-making skills and innovation to respond to consumer concerns while adhering to company and departmental guidelines
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- The ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
- Logical problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Availability to work various shifts, including potential night shifts or weekends
Preferred qualifications include:
- 6 months of Call Center experience
- Previous experience in the insurance industry
Work from Home Requirements
To work effectively from home, you'll need:
- A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
- A clean and quiet workspace that is free from distractions
