Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates while navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues.
  • Communicate professionally and in a conversational manner to ensure customer satisfaction, utilizing all available resources to exceed our customers' needs.
  • Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and dedication to making a difference in the lives of our customers.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • A minimum typing speed of 25 WPM.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Word.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment.
  • The ability to successfully complete our mandatory training program.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment.
