Key Responsibilities

  • Sell payment solutions to merchants in targeted markets, fostering strong client connections and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success.
  • Oversee and nurture client accounts, providing exceptional customer service and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Effectively price merchants using Interchange ++ and blended pricing models, and review merchant accounts to create savings proposals.
  • Board in-store, online, and virtual terminal accounts, ensuring seamless integration with clients' existing systems.
  • Represent Nexpay at trade events, promoting the company's services and building brand awareness.
  • Actively service new client leads generated from telemarketing efforts, converting them into loyal customers.
  • Target revenue generation with an emphasis on quality over quantity, driving business growth and expansion.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in merchant services, with a proven track record of success in B2B sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of card types and categorization for reviews, as well as experience with integrated EPOS systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both on the phone and face-to-face, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • A self-management and goal-oriented approach, with a strong focus on closing deals and achieving targets.
  • A valid driver's license, as travel may be required for client meetings and trade events.
  • Experience with Interchange ++ Pricing and Verifone Ocious is essential, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in these areas.
