**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
* **Handling and Responding to Customer Inquiries**: You will be the first point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
* **Providing Excellent Customer Service**: You will provide active listening and respond to customer concerns in a empathetic and understanding manner.
* **Working with Confidential Customer Information**: You will handle sensitive customer information with care and discretion, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
* **Resolving Issues on the First Call**: You will strive to resolve customer issues on the first call, using proactive and creative problem-solving skills to find solutions.
* **Communicating Effectively**: You will communicate clearly and effectively with customers, using verbal and written communication skills to convey information and resolve issues.
* **Escalating Interactions**: You will escalate interactions to supervisors or other teams as necessary, ensuring that customer issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
* **Tracking Call-Related Information**: You will track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring that customer interactions are accurately recorded and analyzed.
* **Providing Feedback**: You will provide feedback on call issues, helping to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for enhancing customer experiences.
* **Upselling**: You will have the opportunity to upsell products and services to customers, using your knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities and provide recommendations.
**Qualifications**

* **Ability to Work Remotely**: You will need to be comfortable working in a virtual team environment, using technology to communicate and collaborate with colleagues.
* **Customer Service Experience**: We prefer candidates with 6 months of customer service experience, although we will consider candidates with less experience who demonstrate a strong passion for customer service.
* **Age**: You must be over 18 years of age to apply for this role.
* **Typing Speed**: You will need to be able to type 25 words per minute to meet the demands of this role.
* **Education**: You will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent to apply for this role.
* **Computer Skills**: You will need to be comfortable using desktop computer systems and navigating Windows operating systems.
* **Communication Skills**: You will need to have strong oral and written communication skills, as well as logical problem-solving skills.
* **Work Prioritization**: You will need to be able to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively to meet the demands of this role.
**Work from Home Requirements**
To work from home, you will need to meet the following requirements:
* **Internet Connection**: You will need a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps.
* **ISP Requirements**: Your internet service provider (ISP) must have no packet loss and a ping under 50ms.
* **Proof of Internet Speed**: You will need to provide proof of your internet speed to ensure that you meet the requirements for this role.
