Schedule and Availability
We are hiring for the following schedules:
- Monday-Friday 12p-9pm EST
- Saturday and Sunday 10am-6:30pm
- This job is 40 hours a week, with shifts usually (but not always) 5 consecutive days on and 2 consecutive days off for 8-hour shifts
- Shifts can change to meet business needs, so it is essential that you have open overall availability and are flexible with your schedule
- We do pay shift differentials for night and weekend schedules worked, recognizing your commitment to delivering exceptional customer service during non-traditional hours
Training and Development
When you start, we train you through a combination of virtual "classroom" and "on-the-job" training, typically lasting 6 weeks but duration can vary. Classroom training hours are typically Monday through Friday from 8am – 5pm EST, with a lunch break. This comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
