About the Role

As a Consultant, Global Equity, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans.
  • Processing the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching share awards.
  • Reviewing equity transaction activity, including transactions related to stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure accurate and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting.
  • Researching, tracking, and responding to questions received from participants, business partners, or other stakeholders.
  • Supporting equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities.
  • Producing ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations.
  • Reviewing and maintaining equity management policies and documentation.
  • Performing other equity plan administration tasks as requested.

Qualifications & Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in stock plan administration, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience working with various stock plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly.
  • Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), processes, and interrelationships of data transfers.
  • Ability to analyze and convert findings into clear actionable recommendations.
