Key Responsibilities: Providing Exceptional Customer Experiences

As a Customer Service / Technical Support Representative working from home, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide to ensure consistent and high-quality interactions
  • Resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, leveraging your problem-solving skills and technical knowledge
  • Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases to ensure accurate and efficient issue resolution
  • Maintaining broad knowledge of client products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables, with a preferred familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
  • Offering additional products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to enhance their overall experience
  • Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year of customer service and/or technical support experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality support
  • A high school diploma or GED, demonstrating a foundational level of education
  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, ensuring you can focus on customer interactions
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes, staying up-to-date with industry developments
  • A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing, with a high-speed internet connection (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
  • Residency in the United States or a valid U.S. address for residence, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
