As an Amazon Account Manager for Retail Marketplaces, you will be the primary contact for assigned clients, managing a small team of specialists to execute customized account management and growth plans on Amazon, Walmart, Target, and other retail marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for brands new to Amazon and established brands seeking progressive growth or solutions to business challenges
- Manage a small team of specialists, including Operation Specialists and Account Strategists, to execute client account plans
- Collaborate with internal teams, including retail media, to define aligned strategies and drive client growth
- Communicate effectively with clients, presenting results, activities, and planned tactics, and identifying opportunities for growth and new services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive growth across retail marketplaces
- Contribute to the company-owned blog and participate in live events, sharing expertise on Amazon and retail marketplaces
