Key Responsibilities: Driving Success in Insurance Verification

  • Perform outbound calls to insurance agents and regional offices to verify loan collateral coverage, utilizing effective communication skills and insurance industry knowledge.
  • Utilize various electronic means, such as websites, to verify insurance information and ensure compliance with lender requirements.
  • Work with vehicle and mortgage outbound calls, navigating complex insurance documents and loan histories to perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Read and understand insurance documents for both auto and mortgage, applying knowledge of insurance policies and procedures to ensure accurate verification.
  • Follow lender particulars and guidelines to ensure compliance and accuracy in insurance verification.
