- Perform outbound calls to insurance agents and regional offices to verify loan collateral coverage, utilizing effective communication skills and insurance industry knowledge.
- Utilize various electronic means, such as websites, to verify insurance information and ensure compliance with lender requirements.
- Work with vehicle and mortgage outbound calls, navigating complex insurance documents and loan histories to perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Read and understand insurance documents for both auto and mortgage, applying knowledge of insurance policies and procedures to ensure accurate verification.
- Follow lender particulars and guidelines to ensure compliance and accuracy in insurance verification.
