Qualifications and Experience of Long Term Substitute: • Non-certified status necessitates having 30 college credits and being in possession of NJ Substitute Certification. • Having a valid New Jersey certification for Continuing Education (CE), Certified Educational Administration and Supervision (CEAS), or Standard Teacher Certification is mandatory. • Adeptness in English communication, encompassing speaking fluency, reading comprehension, and writing proficiency.
