Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Results Expert to join our US Enterprise team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working closely with our clients to understand their business needs, identify opportunities for growth, and develop tailored solutions to drive business results. You will work collaboratively with our sales teams, product groups, and industry partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute a 3-to-5-year Business Case for Digital Transformation with our clients, in collaboration with our ecosystem of partners and industry leaders. * Work closely with our field sales teams to identify and validate clients' ideal business results, evaluate the value, identify capacity needs, and assess the clients' development level. * Model the scenarios of financial impact and develop a comprehensive understanding of the clients' business environment. * Execute Solution Evaluations to ensure that our solutions are a strong match for the clients' current technology landscape, driving adoption and success. * Apply our Client Business Results (CBO) process and work closely with America's Regional VPs (RVP), Account Group Unit (ATU) Head managers, and Overall Business Industry Leads and Team leads (SMEs) to ensure space mastery. * Support and lead meetings and presentations to executives, board members, and other key stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Finance, or a related field, AND 6+ years of sales, technical sales, marketing, communications, licensing, or channel/business development experience. * Or, Important certifications from Microsoft or competitive platforms, AND 5+ years of sales, technical sales, marketing, communications, licensing, or channel/business development experience. * Or, 8+ years of sales, technical sales, marketing, communications, licensing, or channel/business development experience. * Or, comparable experience.

Preferred Qualifications

* 12+ years of sales, technical sales, marketing, communications, licensing, or channel/business development experience. * Or, sales evaluation counseling, or related experience. * Or, 3+ years of experience with cross-functional responsibilities (e.g., project manager for critical projects with cross-functional/cross-country impact and enrollment). * Azure Essentials, Current Workplace Basics, or Elements certification(s), or other related autonomous cloud certifications. * Solution Evaluation IC5 - The average base salary range for this role across the U.S. is USD $122,400 - $216,500 per year. There is an alternate range relevant to specific work areas, within the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area, and the average base salary range for this role in those areas is USD $166,100 - $235,000 per year.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

The average base salary range for this role across the U.S. is USD $122,400 - $216,500 per year. There is an alternate range relevant to specific work areas, within the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area, and the average base salary range for this role in those areas is USD $166,100 - $235,000 per year.
